Extended Stay America Suites- Indianapolis - West 86th St.

Gena, the front desk associate was probably one of the nicest people I’ve ever encountered. She was very friendly and helpful especially with finding me places to visit and with my reservation. Also the other employees in the hotel especially Shantel, Corey, & Angela; they went above and beyond to help me with my room and getting essentials or items I needed. This is an amazing staff of people in this hotel. 10/10; give them a raise.

The staff is amazing. Everyone is attentive, helpful and friendly. The kids night was a success. My son had so much fun watching a movie and enjoying play time with the other kids. Thank you for having these kid friendly days for them to enjoy.

I was staying in the hotel for a while and I enjoyed being here! Everyone is so friendly and supportive! The staff are really nice and the housekeepers are very helpful! I’m going to miss them all and I will definitely recommend them to everyone. My room was very clean and comfortable!

Good guest service . The manager is super nice and helpful. Everyone complaining in reviews are just out to get them . Rooms are super clean and they even give decent breakfast when they dont have to . Any time you need help you are in good hands here

Review for Extended Stay America I arrived on 8/15, and from the very first day, my experience with the staff has been wonderful. Cherice checked me in and was so kind, welcoming, and pleasant — she’s been that way every time I’ve seen her since. Charity is an absolute sweetheart, always cordial, professional, and attentive to guests’ needs. And Ms. Tonya in the mornings is truly top tier — she always makes sure the coffee bar is fresh and fully stocked, the lobby is clean, and she treats every guest with warmth and respect. These ladies are the best part of this hotel — they truly make the stay feel more like home. They deserve raises, and Ms. Tonya should be in a leadership position! The only issues I’ve experienced are: • It’s often difficult to get clean linens, which shouldn’t be a problem. Guests should receive fresh linens for the week without hassle — please put yourselves in our situation. • The back door does not work and needs to be fixed as soon as possible for both convenience and safety. • The smell from other guests’ cooking often comes into the rooms, which can be unpleasant. • It would be a nice improvement if management added outdoor seating, such as a bench or chairs on the front porch, for guests to enjoy. • In the coffee bar area, it would be wonderful to have a microwave available, as well as fruit and bottled water offered alongside the coffee selection to enhance the guest experience.
